Kargo's commission structure can be very unfavorable, with a "decelerator" baked in for achievement under 90% to quota -- that wasn't mentioned before I was hired.

There are opportunities for to be successful on the sales team, but the limited training and development along with slow progress with product fit on certain devices make it an uphill battle
