Very bad! They don't have any training, no ramp up time and leadership preaches accountability, but they are never held accountable. Leadership is still trying to tell the difference between their butt and their elbow.

Poor overall experience. Zero training, but still want you to hit 50% in your first month with no support or framework for success. PIPs are threatened regularly to leverage you to run harder even if they have no intent of actually putting you on one. You are supposed to burn it down every month, and carrying any sort of pipe is seen as sandbagging.
