The CEO that they hired is not the right person for the job, They have gone through multiple sales leaders and currently have a megalomaniac running sales. But the total lack of vision (or at least the lack of ability to disseminate that information down stream to the staff / team is rough). Great into company, but no promotional vision for internal employees.
