Most of the job was talking to 60 year old grandmas and teaching them how to use a credit card. Entrepreneur - SMB segment customers LOVE Klaviyo and we rarely lose deals against competitors. If we do, it’s just price. More upmarket we have really solid competitors and don’t have as much market share in the MM/ENT....Read More
