Newer reps are massively struggling, tenured reps sitting on the best accounts, CRM data is a mess and leadership turns the cheek on a lot. I’d probably stay at my former company if I knew this.

Those who game the system will succeed, and those who work hard, and play fair, will struggle to hit their number. It's a good time to be an ENT or MM rep at Klaviyo. The glory days in the ENTR segment are long over.
