Current Employee Some changes are causing internal challenges for sales teams. However, the product remains excellent, and innovation is outpacing competition. We need to change to make it great for sales people again by looking at compensation and territory for new co-reps. It's probably the only tech company where new co-reps get paid the same as growth reps, and new co are struggling at the moment due to territory changes etc.
