Current Employee3.9Feb 2, 2025Great company, sales culture is improving though not perfect. Lots of organized investment in enablement in 2024 on. Struggle to set targets that are consistent with each segment, so sometimes segments outperform significantly, sometimes the opposite.

Most of the job was talking to 60 year old grandmas and teaching them how to use a credit card. ADS really low, transactional sale, didn't feel like I was learning skills and considering the only people hitting quota...Read More
