However, the sales org is run as a pyramid scheme - your number doesn't have to be hit for your manager to hit theirs, and their number doesn't need to be hit for their manager to hit theirs, and on it goes. Leadership has been poor in APAC and is currently in flux.

Former Employee2.9Dec 1, 2025Great sales enablement program, learned a lot. Hard to even evaluate Klaviyo as selling into ENTR segment (companies under 2.5M in revenue was a joke). Most of the job was talking to 60 year old grandmas and teaching them how to use a credit card. ADS really low, transactional sale, didn't feel like I was learning skills and considering the only people hitting quota...Read More
