Current Employee They have recently changed comps for all sales. While lowering overall earning potential, they also cut off sections of the sales (I.e. upsell/cross sell) and changed market definitions to make them smaller. So your range as a rep is greatly reduced. Many people at the top are talking heads and don't know what they are doing. Worse, management is ineffective. It used to be very compensation aggressive and salespeople were well compensated for outperforming. The culture USED to be there. Now it's a new crew of people who are not able to manage effectively. They got rid of every good sales leader, or they left due to incompetence in management. It's not what it once was.
