Terrible company. Failed promises. No incentive to work here. No one makes money anymore. Sad to think how amazing this company used to be. Everyone is leaving.

It’s been okay, the new CEO is making a lot of changes and doesn’t seem to care about the well being of the employees. Just trying to make the private equity company the most amount of money.

Base compensation is embarrassing, while no reps hit quota. All SMB reps want to leave, no one is making money. Return to office policy hit while Execs are at their vacation houses. Good people in the company, but the pay is not worth it. People in Tampa can barely survive off the pay.
