Current Employee The company underwent a restructuring April of 2024. The commission structure has a multiplier for every dollar that exceeds quota. The issue, is that they set targets so high, that it is a constant carrot on a stick that is rarely attained. Only a few reps hit quota for the year and most of the top reps left for other companies. Instead of adjusting targets , they doubled down for 2025. Quota increases every month. Why? No one knows.
