Things have gone downhill lately, I am interested to see if they increase the base pay to stay competitive with other competitors in their space. Leadership seems out of touch. By end of 2024 they were all over the place with the priorities (Close as much as possible, Learn AIDA product, learn Egress *who we just acquired* and be ready to sell their products by January 1, 2025. Overall I love the product and working for them, just hope it improves.

It’s been disappointing. The sales cycle is longer and we’ve been forced to learn an inbound and outbound email security tool (Egress-that we acquired) and it doesn’t even work. Low compensation + longer cycles = underpaid employees. Stay away.

The Knowbe4 UK team is a mess. All the best sellers are leaving and going to competitors who offer a better product. We are losing deals because the product does not work. The base salary is barely above minimum wage and the commission structure is sub-par. There is 0 chance for progression so you will likely be stuck in the same role for years.
