The Knowbe4 UK team is a mess. All the best sellers are leaving and going to competitors who offer a better product. We are losing deals because the product does not work. The base salary is barely above minimum wage and the commission structure is sub-par. There is 0 chance for progression so you will likely be stuck in the same role for years. Anything and everything is reported to HR.
