Honest review - IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. they’re force fed & given by stary eyed reps in the training program. The truth is that unless you are selling as an account manager, quota attainment is close to 10-15%. Micromanagement is through the roof, you can’t even send an email to a prospect without your manager demanding to be on CC. dont expect To be able to talk to your own customers or prospects, its your manager only who runs the cycles. But if the deal goes wrong its your fault it’s never them. If this is your first sales job, okay fine get some experience here. If you have any experience, RUN!

Vista acquisition and change in leadership has created a hostile and toxic work environment. Forced RTO, extremely low base and OTE for what’s expected.
