It was a dream to work here before they got acquired and as of the last year it’s been more work, more stress, more micromanagement, and less pay.

Weird place. Some really good structure, and training/onboarding but it just doesn't pay well, particularly with the expectations and transactional nature even in Channel roles. Very hard for new reps to break in and hit quota consistently. Most good Channel accounts are already with experienced reps. Newbies get the leftovers that no one's been able to get going....Read More
