Current Employee Just terrible. Less than 20% hitting quota and that’s being generous. And despite the low attainment, they are actually RAISING the quota while drastically decreasing the commission percentage. All while being micromanaged to death and forced to stay in the office that nobody lives near except for a “certain” group of people (iykyk) until 6 pm. Reps are making THOUSANDS less per month than they were on the old comp plan. They switched from TCV to ACV, but will reprimand you for not selling multi year contracts. It’s not like the company is struggling either. They’re at all time high sales while their reps continue to make less and less. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
