Initially a decent place to work. Vista acquisition and new leadership buried this place. Leadership in mid market was overwhelmingly toxic. Micromanagement and bullying, even one leader sleeping with and favoring subordinates for promotions. Comp was terrible, base too low, targets unreachable. Forced RTO. Everyone speculating they want people to leave — mission accomplished there.

Great product and good overall culture. Slow to weed out toxic leadership and unrealistic ramp for new reps.

Went downhill after vista acquisition. Salary ranges went down for each role. No more opportunities for growth for employees that have been around for a few years.
