It’s been okay, the new CEO is making a lot of changes and doesn’t seem to care about the well being of the employees. Just trying to make the private equity company the most amount of money.

Initially a decent place to work. Vista acquisition and new leadership buried this place. Leadership in mid market was overwhelmingly toxic. Micromanagement and bullying, even one leader sleeping with and favoring subordinates for promotions. Comp was terrible, base too low, targets unreachable. Forced RTO.
