Base compensation is embarrassing, while no reps hit quota. All SMB reps want to leave, no one is making money. Return to office policy hit while Execs are at their vacation houses. Good people in the company, but the pay is not worth it. People in Tampa can barely survive off the pay.

The Knowbe4 UK team is a mess. All the best sellers are leaving and going to competitors who offer a better product. We are losing deals because the product does not work. The base salary is barely above minimum wage and the commission structure is sub-par. There is 0 chance for progression so you will likely be stuck in the same role for years.
