Some really good structure, and training/onboarding but it just doesn't pay well, particularly with the expectations and transactional nature even in Channel roles. Very hard for new reps to break in and hit quota consistently. Most good Channel accounts are already with experienced reps. Current Employee4.0Feb 19, 2024Great culture, great leadership. Awesome training and support. Only down side is base rate , and the commission structure is good but definitely a grind. Overall my experience has been great and it’s an awesome place to learn and grow.
