Former Employee - Micro management due to new CEO joining earlier this year, personally I haven’t suffered from this, but I see it in the management layers that the pressure is on.
- European EMEA leadership team is great, nice, talented people and many great leaders.
- Product-market fit is pretty good, but competition in Europe is increasing and being an American company might be a slight hindrance.
- As an AE you’re responsible for closing new business, being an AM for existing customers and close upsell, do outbound prospecting (with new pretty unachievable activity targets for cold calls compared to work load on other tasks - SDR level goals), and partly managing partner relationships in relation to building pipeline and opportunities.
- Admin is a nightmare as a lot is manual data input, taking too much time.
- Quota is ok compared to some other companies in the market, but seems a bit high considering deal values tend to be on the lower end, even for mm/enterprise as competition is fierce and everyone is price competing.
- Inbound flow is minimal or bad quality leads, SDR help is minimal.
- RFPs - figure it out yourself.
