Product is very good but company has been trending down since going public. Was bought out by Vista and have been told “changes are coming!” like higher base salaries and re-stratifying the sales teams. Time will tell if these changes improve the org and overall morale

The best days are behind us at Knowbe4 This used to be a great company but is now a dumpster fire. Ever since the reorganization in April 2024, commission have been halved, with 20% payout decreases every quarter.
