Whereas SMB AE quota attainment prior was around 60%+, it is now consistently below 20%, more like 15%. This is a result of tripling quota over night without making any other adjustments to lead flow or rep opportunities.

Any concern or frustration that comes up is not handled by managers but rather immediately escalated to the SVP. Toxic work environment.
