I'm sure change is difficult for many and not all change is probably seen as good. But what I can speak to are the investments we are making in our sales team. We have completely revamped our Product Marketing team from our "Head of" down to our individual contributors. They have done an amazing job of injecting passion for our innovation into our messaging while also making our messaging easier for people to understand and sell. I'm sorry you did not have a great experience at Kong. Yes, we are hiring, but it's not because we are constantly firing sales reps. We have continued to grow 45%+ YoY for the past 5 years, we have stabilized attrition in sales to where we are now below industry standard, and we continue to make investments to retain reps and ensure their success. I also agree with you that our product is great, but I have to disagree that others are catching up quickly. However, we will certainly heed that warning and continue to push the innovation to ensure we remain a market leader and the clear innovation champion in the APIM space.
