Worse version of IBM. They are performing layoffs almost every 2nd Tuesday of the month and using the labor savings to claim profits. Whole teams eliminated at a time. Kyndryl is not in a great place right now.

The company is trying to move away from the IBM way of thinking. Too much management still that is stuck with working things the old IBM way. It’s frustrating as someone who is younger.
