The company places high expectations on sales performance, but does not reward reps on the performance. A recent 20% price increase and a lower compensation plan has been detrimental to revenue growth, profit, and morale. I feel like Kyocera has a great product that is very reliable. I do feel that the base compensation is not adequate but the commission is good. I also feel that they need to improve their internal office technology ranging from their crm to their laptops, peripherals and office overall setup.

Leadership has been restructured, and even with some hiccups with standardizations and new compensation plan kyocera is still a good place to work. Great training and support from leaders and tenured reps. Attainable and realistic KPIs and quota targets for new hires.
