I have been thru multiple changes in leadership, direction and initiatives as well as had multiple presidents in my short tenure here at Kyocera. Every subsidiary operates differently but lately the culture has suffered (at least in my location SE) and the reps are leaving as the Micromanaging has begun and so starts the turnover rate becoming higher and higher. As more tenured reps leave, it seems to me they want to clean house and start fresh with low cost help and lower salaries being offered.

I feel like Kyocera has a great product that is very reliable. I do feel that the base compensation is not adequate but the commission is good. I also feel that they need to improve their internal office technology ranging from their crm to their laptops, peripherals and office overall setup.

The company places high expectations on sales performance, but does not reward reps on the performance. A recent 20% price increase and a lower compensation plan has been detrimental to revenue growth, profit, and morale.
