Lattice is a good fit for midmarket companies. The product is good and helps smaller organizations have the toolkit they need when they don’t have much redundancy. GTM leadership has changed a ton in the past year (for the worst) and the focus is less on supporting our partners and more so on securing the dollar. The sale focus shift will prove detrimental to the way we do business because most partners are with Lattice for the service, not the product.

My overall experience was extremely disappointing. Lattice has so much promise, but will never grow to it's full potential with the current leaders in seat. It is a culture of toxic positivity which is something managers are proud of and their focus is on their individual success instead of the success of their direct reports. My initial experience at Lattice was awesome, BUT it changed after our amazing CRO (Dini) and awesome VP of Sales (John) left. They were absolutely fantastic leaders.
