Lattice has a fantastic brand halo and that serves well for most of our existing business. However, recent changes to customer success and account management have turned those things on their head. Leadership seems only invested in what they think will drive success versus listening to reps and implementing new processes with minimal/rushed training. There are systemic issues (SFDC reporting, TOS updates, free services that are premium elsewhere) that need to be addressed first. And those issues along with a lack of training are now coupled with a Comp plan that penalizes reps who inherit accounts that indicated early that they will churn and no save plays worked prior to the inheritance.

I really enjoyed working there. Once they switched leadership in sales it became a very different company. Not bad but very different. Far more corporate but people still closing a lot of deals and making great money. I was consistently over 100% for my quarterly targets.

Lattice is a good fit for midmarket companies. The product is good and helps smaller organizations have the toolkit they need when they don’t have much redundancy. GTM leadership has changed a ton in the past year (for the worst) and the focus is less on supporting our partners and more so on securing the dollar.
