Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was extremely disappointing. Lattice has so much promise, but will never grow to it's full potential with the current leaders in seat. It is a culture of toxic positivity which is something managers are proud of and their focus is on their individual success instead of the success of their direct reports. Lattice does not take their own advice when it comes to performance management. Managers/Directors do not communicate expectations during weekly one-on-ones and then tell individuals they are not in good standing at the bi-annual or annual review cycle. There is no accountability above the individual contributor level. No emphasis on individual growth unless you blindly agree with everything your manager says. There are no diversity initiatives which clearly can be seen once you look above the IC level. Managers/Directors hire people that look like them and share the same point of view. Lattice touts positive DEIB metrics which contradicts what is actually happening, all of the diverse employees are leaving because of the lack of inclusivity and belonging. The company will do fine, but there are better organizations that are doing work that is more meaningful. Avoid working here if possible!
