A bit confused like the rest of saas. Inexperienced leadership in a vastly changing domain. They're not sure who there customer is yet as they now sell 5 products. Feature flags, experimentation, product analytics, observability, ai configs. They only have pricing models for the first two.

Experience wasn’t great. Bad leadership in emea. All they care is about themselves with the majority being white make. Many people leaving and churn is impacting reps and SE’s. E.g if you close a 100k deal and a churn happens at 100k. Nobody gets paid.

Leadership shifting goalposts each quarter, constantly changing the way the platform is priced which is confusing customers. Focus on outbound pipeline but a lot of fake pipe being added by AEs as that's what management cares about.
