Excellent experience. The product is best in class and the team is focused on taking control of growth by increasing ASP and out bounding to the right ICP.

I've been here for a while, and we've definitely had our ups and downs, but after some restructuring, product improvements/additions, and leadership changes, I am more bullish than ever for LaunchDarkly's future.

Horrible micro management, comp structure changes without warning. Never made anyone whole after the structure changes.
