They have a product, not a company. My shares are illiquid. They grew headcount too fast then fired everyone I started with over the following year.

- Product market fit is just not here in the UK (and US most likely). Companies do not have budget for these tools - Culture extremely poor. Sales reps get blamed for terrible pipeline built but its more related to product than reps (some of whom are very high quality). LaunchDarkly is a great place to work - the product is phenomenal, the people are awesome, and the quota & compensation plans are very reasonable and attainable. Great work life balance with the remote work as well. Highly recommend!
