Culture and leadership rating is shockingly low. Is that a US thing or Emea as well? Sounds like they want to be a "playbook" company but they just set up a boiler room?

More Questions~25% quota attainment is not a good sight and the leadership rating is extremely low. For those that work there - is this accurate? How is it for SDR's in the Americas? I've learned there's recently been new leadership and some restructuring going on. Is the company on the right direction or would I just be laid off after a few months because the company is bad or I didn't meet the high quota ?
