Level Access has serious internal political problems and directional dysfunction. Acquisition of competitors like Userway has lead the company to believe they are bigger than they really are $100M arr frankenstein company. No clear vision on how to go forward with AI and deliver backlogs are months long to onboard new customers. Existing customers churn due to poor onboarding and bad account management through course of subscription life. Onslaught of competitors in the space has driven prices down significantly and commoditized the offering.

I really like the team in my pocket. Unfortunately, the recent shift in leadership marks a rapid decline in culture quality. The new VP of sales is completely out of touch. Micro-management is her answer to everything and has yet to provide any tangible value a full quarter into her new role. As an AE, expect to pick up the phones to hot quota. If you are interviewing, ask to see the comp package. It is not fixed, meaning you won’t start really making money until you are at 85% quota.
