This is a company which rose to prominance during the real boom of chatbots and AI. The pandemic was great for it as businesses closed their contact centres so needed LivePerson's software. However that was then and this is now. The larger CCaaS providers have caught up in functionality and undercut on price. LivePerson is struggling to remain relevant and the inexperienced C suite don't have the track record to turn this sinking ship around.

Golden days of LivePerson are gone. It all really ended in 2022. Too many mistakes along the way and eventually 2023 was payback time. All golden boys and girls have of course left.
