Lob's great. The team is full of people who work hard, the tech stack is good for SDRs (my last company I could only get 20% of prospects), and the sales leaders are very transparent. It's a startup, so of course there is the startup hustle that's needed, but SDRs can get very well paid here if they put in the work.

Overall experience was lackluster. You make your quota here by upselling current accounts. Top reps are just reps who had one great account that kept expanding
