Pros: _ Great people work here, you will meet people who will help you build a foundation for your career in sales _ Incredible work/life balance thanks to unlimited PTO and "work from anywhere" attitude Cons: _ Overall compensation is way below market standards _ Horrendously filthy salesforce database that makes it extremely difficult to do our job/outbound prospecting efficiently and directly makes outbound prospecting tools in place useless _ Way too many changes with little to no warning _ Brand identity issues make it harder to sell the products (rebranded to GoTo from Logmein a few years ago, prospects still remember us as Logmein more than GoTo, rebranded IT products back to Logmein, prospects confused as to who we are as a whole)

This company's current situation presents several significant challenges. The compensation plan seems misaligned with realistic achievement, as the required focus on deals with an ARR of $800-$1000 does not align well with a quota of $46K.
