Great for Seasoned Sales reps and reps with larger enterprise account can make great earnings. Not really built for the Mid Market and Hunter role that well so a mix is essential to make a decent living.

The AE's target is based on gross margin, which makes it tough for a company that mainly resells equipment and installation, support, and maintenance services.
