Below average comp structure. In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors. If you can exceed OTE it can be lucrative, but I haven’t seen many reps do much more than 150% (anything more is an exception). Great culture, the team will help each other anywhere they can. Work here for culture and support, don’t expect lucrative outcomes.

This place is solid. Most managers don't micro-manage. The comp is pretty competitive, and we have good leadership. I think the biggest gap is in Product. We made big moves in the past in product, but now it feels like our product enhancements are minimal/only geared towards AI.
