Leadership now not only doesn't care about revenue, but you're almost solely judged on the amount of meetings you have. Not hitting quota but hitting meetings? You will get a shoutout. Current Employee3.9Jul 27, 2025Terrific culture and product market fit. For whatever reason quotas still seem high after many didn’t hit last year and the outlook again for this year looks bleak. That being said the leadership and culture are great. I expect them to figure out a way for more reps to hit quota.
