Horrible experience. Lucid has really gone downhill in the almost 3 years I have worked here. Leadership now not only doesn't care about revenue, but you're almost solely judged on the amount of meetings you have. Not hitting quota but hitting meetings? You will get a shoutout. Exceeding quota but not hitting meetings? You get called out and threatened. All the best people have already left and the rest are soon to follow.

Tough market to be successful in, most reps not hitting quota. But there is always opportunity if you work hard enough.
