Awful place to work. Toxic culture that claims to have work life balance, but they do everything but it. Expect to work overtime everyday with a terrible lead generation along with the Utah location insisting you work their hours despite being on the east coast location. Find an SDR role somewhere else.

Like many companies in the high interest rate environment, Lucid's growth rate has slowed. So, as with any company if you have the wrong territory you will struggle.
