Current Employee Lucid is a phenomenal organization to work for. Great people with an awesome culture. Those of us who have been at the company for a long time are here because it's the environment and type of org we're passionate about. If OTE is your primary criterion, you will most likely find higher offers elsewhere. While this is an important consideration, I also value career development, upward mobility, and skill mastery over OTE alone.
