Great culture, very below average base salary. Tough to hit quota in New Logo. Really great people that make work endurable. Sucks that things take so long to change and it feels like you get stringed along a fair bit being a low priority for the US team.

Overall Lucid has a GREAT culture and the product is top notch for the industry of visual collaboration. We do have some work on AE's goal attainment.
