The main appeal for Lucid is still an incredible culture and people you genuinely enjoy working with. If you're on the right team or in the right department, you have a shot at actually hitting your number. 2025 has been better than the past couple of years and we're pacing to continue that improvement in the second half of the year. Hoping to see a lot more positive change next year as a result of this year's efforts.

Lucid like other companies has seen a significant slowdown in demand for customer growth to buy more seats. Because of a limited product line, there's not much else to sell. New products are coming, but the environment is "wait and see" for now. Great people, leadership needs to 10x transparency.
