In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors. You get lots of practice closing a lot of small opportunities. Stay for 2, max 3 years, and then head. Otherwise, I wouldn't apply. It's a nice-to-have and non-strategic tool for...Read More
