Because of a limited product line, there's not much else to sell. New products are coming, but the environment is "wait and see" for now. Great people, leadership needs to 10x transparency.

They are very fair with employees and gives everyone the opportunity to succeed. Very forgiving and holistic about their approach with Sales reps.
