Former Employee Not a bad company but they are severely handicapped by their internal cluster of outdated and slow internal processes. It would take days if not even a week to get a simple contract created. They also have a million different salesforce instances that done communicate well with each other and slows down the sales rep. Leadership is sub par and they do not like to be challenged. MRI employees have long tenures and most of leadership has worked their way up. So when you challenge them on their unconventional or maybe even too conventional way of doing things, they push back and I have seen many people lose their jobs over it.
My biggest gripe was Comp plan. though I was 100 percent of my YTD quota, I made about 30% of what my OTC were said to have been. Definitely would not recommend MRI to any colleagues
