The people at Medallia are the main reason you see such tenured employees. Everyone is amazing to work with. But cost of implementation and Services is often so high that it kills deals. In several cases services has cost more than software. As an AE that only gets paid on Software this is very frustrating. More and more today companies are looking for self service...Read More
